Job summary

A multinational organization is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional in Kuala Lumpur to align recruitment strategies with regional goals and ensure compliance with local regulations. Candidates must have over 8 years of recruitment experience, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with Southeast Asian markets. This role also involves optimizing hiring processes and managing a regional recruitment team. A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required, and proficiency in local languages is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of recruitment experience, including more than 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Familiarity with at least three Southeast Asian markets such as Vietnam, Thailand, and Singapore.
  • Overseas education and cross-cultural management experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Align recruitment goals with regional strategies and ensure execution.
  • Optimize recruitment processes and ensure compliance with local laws.
  • Lead recruitment for director-level and critical technical roles.
  • Develop and manage the regional recruitment team and sourcing channels.
  • Monitor immigration and employment regulations to ensure compliance.
