Job summary

A leading regional business development firm is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive strategic expansion into Southeast Asia. The role includes identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships, and executing market entry strategies in key markets like Malaysia and Indonesia. Candidates should have 6–10 years of business development experience, strong FMCG/Beauty industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel extensively. Proficiency in English and additional languages is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in business development, particularly in Southeast Asian markets.
  • Proven exposure to FMCG, Beauty, Pharmaceutical, or Retail industries.
  • Demonstrated success in launching products or services in new international markets.
  • Strong network within Southeast Asia, including distributors and retailers.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia, Mandarin, or Thai is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market entry strategies for Southeast Asian countries.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with distributors and B2B clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events and enhance brand visibility.
  • Track sales pipeline and provide insights for growth improvement.
