Job summary

A logistics company in Malaysia is looking for a candidate to manage various tasks related to shipment processing, including following up on documents and managing system entries. The role involves coordination with overseas agents and ensuring accurate billing and information flow. Responsibilities

  • Follow‑up with Overseas Agent on complete pre‑alert documents.
  • Open job in the SOVY system.
  • Submit correction manifest to carriers/co‑loaders and follow‑up on the arrival notice.
  • Provide information and feedback regarding shipment details to customers.
  • Complete costing and billing and ensure payment is collected prior to releasing of Delivery Order (DO) / EDO / IID.
  • Ensure process flow is updated in the SOVY system accurately.
