• Experience working with/in schools is preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with Chinese-speaking, Malay, and international stakeholders.
• Willing to learn account management and competition support.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with principals, teachers, and administrators
• Engage Chinese-medium, Malay, and international schools
• Act as a long-term partner to schools exploring or using Walnut programmes
• Conduct or support student trials and teacher demos/training for drone, AI, coding, and/or robotics
• Explain programmes clearly in an educator-friendly way
• Gather school feedback and share insights internally
• Support local and international coding, AI, drone and robotics competitions
• Guide schools on competition formats and student participation
• Assist with coordination during competitions, workshops, or showcases
• Support adoption, renewals, and next steps after trials
• Work closely with curriculum, operations, and marketing teams
• Support workshops and selected education events when required
• Education background preferred (teacher, tutor, academic coordinator; STEM/Robotics/ICT a plus)
• Experience working with/in schools
• Comfortable engaging Chinese-speaking, Malay, and international stakeholders and the community
• Warm, professional, and grounded communicator
• Willing to be based in Johor
• Open to learning account management and competition support
