Location: Sri Petaling / Sunway Velocity Mall / Damansara
Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,000 (based on experience)
Perform professional scalp & hair consultations/treatments in line with SOPs (training provided).
Understand customer needs and provide personalized treatment/product recommendations.
Ensure customer comfort and satisfaction throughout the therapy journey.
Serve customers with passion, professionalism, and integrity to deliver an outstanding experience.
Proactively engage new customers, handle enquiries, manage bookings, and follow up promptly.
Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships through excellent after‑service communication.
Work closely with teammates and the Branch Manager to achieve store goals and uphold brand standards.
Support daily operations (e.g., inventory checks, product knowledge sharing).
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional consultation/treatment environment.
Preferably ≥1 year experience in Hair/Scalp, Aesthetic, Beauty, or Personal Care Services
Outgoing, pleasant, and energetic personality with strong communication/interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to serve a diverse customer base.
