Hiring for Malaysia Clients

We are looking for an experienced SAP Supply Chain Management specialized in Material Management who has strong hands on technical experience and sound business process understanding. This is a techno-functional role and the individual will need to participate on cross functional teams to perform complex business functional requirements analysis, system and process design, create functional specifications, drive. system development, cross functional testing, project cutover, post go-live warranty support, and handover to the SAP support group. You would be expected to work with global IS&T teams and regional business users and external business partners to design, develop and deploy strategic supply chain solutions.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
• Previous experience of working in high tech industry on Supply Chain systems and processes.
• Specialized in SAP material management modules with extensive hands‑on technical experience and business knowledge in Supply Chain Management.
• In depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management using SAP suite of solutions (S/4HANA/ECC, integration with various apps and data management tool etc) with end-to-end system integrations in outsourced production environments with 3rd Party Logistics partners.
• Hands on experience on custom development, MM customising (Plant, SLoC, Shipping points, etc).
• Functional expertise on OTC, PTP processes and exposure to a highly customized environment.
• Experience in consignment, STO PO, Intercompany/ Intracompany scenarios.
• Experience in Delivery processing (Sales Order, Delivery Note).
• Experience working on custom function modules, RFC, custom Reports.
• In depth knowledge of iDoc EDI, API and various interface protocols like AS2, sFTP, etc.
• Experience on Abap debugging.
• Exposure to WMS operations.
• Experience working on projects for teams based in distributed locations e.g. virtual teams.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail and high comfort in working with ambiguity.
• Ability to remain focused and work efficiently under pressure while handling multiple tasks.
• Ability to assimilate and learn complex processes in a changing and dynamic work environment on a steep learning curve.

Description

• Configure, design and customise SAP suite of solutions to support Logistics and Supply Chain for cross section of business groups.
• Translate complex cross functional business needs into system design and functional/technical specification.
• Understand and assimilate detailed and complex business process across multiple functions in supply chain.
• Work through ambiguity with close partnerships with business and cross functional teams to define a workable model and design that ensures all systems and business expectations are met and managed.
• Work on and deliver complex project deliverables to support business operations in a highly integrated, heterogeneous landscape working with multiple cross functional teams in different locations.
• Execute project deliverables, monitoring and reporting on progress and outcomes.
• Work closely with Global IS&T teams during requirement analysis, design review, build and testing phases.
• Extend SAP standard features to support requirements through SAP enhancement and extensibility framework, utilising user exits, implicit enhancements, BADIs, BAPIs, iDoc, oData, etc.
• Custom SAP solution delivery via SAP BTP and its associated development framework.
• Develop technical specifications for partner systems integration including data element level mapping with partner systems, at the same time enforcing global design standardisation.
• Understand SAP development platform with ability to debug and troubleshoot.
• Review technical development team’s deliverables for accuracy and completeness via SIT, UAT, etc.
• Ensure consistent delivery of quality work per established project life cycle, ensuring adherence to project governance.
• Establish close relationship and partnership with cross-functional IS&T and business stakeholders.
