Qualifications

• 20 Years of experience.
• Experience with SAP implementation/ rollout across multiple countries; A template based rollout across countries, in APAC is a plus.
• Strong experience in stake holder management - In a scenario of multiple teams with conflicting KPIs/ interests.
• Experience in any of the SAP modules covering OTC, RTR, SCM, etc will be a plus.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage them.
• An understanding of change management & adoption related KPIs and methodologies.
• Excellent communication & articulation skills. people management skills.
