To proactively identify business opportunities, understand customer needs, deliver tailored product or service solutions, and represent the brand in a professional and knowledgeable manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate sales record, forecasts, and performance reports using SQL-based systems.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective strategies.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and attend weekly departmental meeting with Management.
2. Merchandising & Brand Visibility
- Ensure proper product display, shelf arrangement, and stock rotation at retail outlets.
- Support in-store promotions, sampling activities, and marketing campaigns.
3. Regulatory Compliance
- Comply with all safety standards including ISO 22000:2018 (Food Safety Management System), MS 1480:2019 (HACCP), and GMP.
- Comply with all local regulatory including JAKIM HALAL, OSHA, MSPO and other certification/ regulation that applied by Company.
- Participate in all related training including Food Safety training, GMP training and HALAL Awareness training, OSH, MSPO and other certification/ regulation that applied by Company to improve job performance and ensuring compliance with industry standard.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (Degree is an advantage).
- Basic understanding of FMCG or food-related industries preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, edible oil, groceries, or foodservice distribution.
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales may be considered.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building ability.
- Able to work independently, with good time management and planning skills.
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, email, reporting).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Experience in cooking oil, palm oil-based products, or food manufacturing sales.
- Knowledge of supply chain, pricing structures, and distributor management.
- Exposure to modern trade (hypermarkets, supermarkets) or general trade channels.
