Job Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and scale Salesforce systems to ensure high performance, security, and reliability across global operations
- Oversee Salesforce upgrades, customizations, and integrations with third-party tools and internal platforms
- Perform CRM data management activities including data imports, validation, diagnostics, and governance to maintain data integrity
- Design, configure, and maintain roles, profiles, permission sets, workflows, sharing rules, and automation to streamline business processes
- Develop and enhance custom Salesforce features using declarative tools and programmatic capabilities
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business visibility and decision-making
- Translate business requirements into effective technical Salesforce solutions in collaboration with commercial and cross-functional teams
- Provide ongoing user support, system troubleshooting, and end-user training on new features and enhancements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation covering system configurations, permissions, processes, and enhancements
- Support global Salesforce initiatives while ensuring CRM health, compliance, and adoption across teams
Job Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proven hands‑on experience in Salesforce customization and development (e.g. Apex, Flows, Lightning Components)
- Experience integrating Salesforce within broader product or application ecosystems
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Salesforce access control, roles, profiles, and permission management
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, integrations, middleware, and governance best practices
- Proficiency in building custom reports, dashboards, and automation tools
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder (preferred)
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global and multicultural teams
