Job summary

A financial services firm in Penang is seeking dedicated individuals to provide exceptional customer service and manage branch operations. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals for various financial products and ensuring the branch's safety and cleanliness. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree and 1-2 years of experience in related fields. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. This role requires flexibility for shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in Counter Service, Retail, Insurance, Telemarketing, Banking, or Financial industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Advantage for candidates with their own transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Ensure branch operations run smoothly and adhere to procedures.
  • Achieve sales targets for Personal Financing and other products.
  • Handle operational tasks assigned by Branch Head.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the branch.
  • Attend to greeter/reception tasks on a rotational basis.
  • Be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities
  • To deliver excellent quality of customer service towards internal and external customers.
  • To ensure branch operation runs smoothly and adhere strictly to BSP for all operational procedure.
  • To deliver excellent achievement in sales for Personal Financing product, card recruitment, insurance product and any other products as assigned.
  • Execute operational tasks as assigned by Branch Head.
  • To ensure cleanliness and upkeep of branch for customer and staff safety and comfort.
  • Compulsory to undertake and carry-out operations related task daily including manning greeter / reception counter on rotational basis.
  • Willingness to be on duty on shift, weekend & Public Holidays.

Requirements
  • Possesses Diploma or Degree in any discipline
