Job Descriptions :

Actively seek out new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential customers. Good in negotiating as you need to negotiate terms, pricing, and opening package with potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including authorized dealers and retailers. Providing exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

Present and demonstrate product offerings to clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits. Ability to identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing clients.

Knowledge of the company’s skin care and hair products to provide accurate and up-to-date information about product availability, pricing, and promotions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.

Prior experience in the skin care and/or hair industry, familiarity with trends, and knowledge of competitors’ products.

Familiarity with CRM software, sales tracking tools, and digital communication platforms.

Job Requirements :

At least SPM or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field is required for this position.

Excellent verbal and written communication - English & Mandarin will be added advantage

Must possess own transportation.
