Job summary
A business services company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a sales professional to respond to enquiries, develop client relationships, and enhance customer loyalty. The ideal candidate has relevant sales experience, excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, and a proven sales record. Benefits include a competitive remuneration package with allowances for language and performance. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with weekends off.

Qualifications
- Relevant sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and well-versed in Mandarin & English due to market served.
- Sales driven with an excellent track record.
- Experience in B2B Inside Sales preferred.
- Experience in serviced office, service apartments or sales related industry is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Respond to sales enquiry or request in a timely manner.
- Develop relationship with potential clients by following up on inbound leads and making outbound emails/calls.
- Design and implement customer renewals/retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business.
- Experience in Salesforce or any Customer Relationship Management System.
- Track leads and associated revenue, maintain and update sales database.
- Present excellent knowledge in our products and services to prospective clients.
- Be involved in developing and analyzing data to improve sales strategy and process.
- Work efficiently and effectively on all Key Performance Indicators in line with company procedures and guidelines.
- Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
