A valid driver's license is required for customer visits and business trips.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for market development and customer maintenance of products such as sand and aggregate, ready-mixed concrete, and docking with customer groups such as construction companies, contractors, and infrastructure projects.
• Analyze the local building materials market demand in Malaysia, formulate sales strategies and achieve performance targets.
• Coordinate logistics and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Follow up the project bidding process, provide quotation plans and contract negotiation support.
• Collect industry competition dynamics, feedback market trends and customer needs.

Job Requirements

• More than 3 years of sales experience in aggregate or concrete industry, familiar with the Malaysian construction market.
• Master the characteristics, pricing system and supply chain management process of bulk building materials.
• Have customer resources in the construction industry (developers/general contractors/mixing plants are preferred).
• Fluent in English and Malay, Chinese communication skills are a plus.
• Must hold a driver's license and be able to adapt to high-frequency customer visits and cross-regional business trips.
