Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales, ideally within events, interior design, or MICE sectors. (Fresh Graduated Candidate is welcome)
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and "soft skills," including emotional intelligence and adaptability.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to event sites and work flexible hours during peak exhibition seasons.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with B2B clients across industries looking for bespoke exhibition solutions.
  • Consultative Proposal Development: Collaborate with our 3D design team to present "buildable" concepts that align with client marketing objectives.
  • ROI-Focused Selling: Sell "programs," not just footprints. Help clients understand how our designs drive demo throughput and qualified lead generation.
  • Project Liaison: Manage the transition from sales to production, ensuring the "Build" stays true to the "Design" and budget.
  • Client Servicing: Act as the primary touchpoint through setup, event days, and dismantle to ensure 100% satisfaction.
