Requirement

• Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification to demonstrate foundational academic skills.
• Accumulate at least 2 years of direct experience in a sales merchandising role, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry, to showcase practical application of merchandising techniques.
• Demonstrate proficiency in sales and marketing principles to effectively promote products and achieve sales targets.
• Exhibit strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with proficiency in Mandarin and Tamil being advantageous, to facilitate effective interaction with diverse customer base and internal teams.
• Possess a keen eye for visual merchandising, with the ability to create attractive and impactful product displays that enhance product visibility and drive sales.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to cover assigned territory in Bukit Jalil and meet merchandising schedules.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Bukit Jalil and adhere to the company's operational guidelines and procedures.

Responsibility

• Execute visual merchandising strategies and planograms to enhance product visibility and drive sales in retail outlets within the assigned territory.
• Maintain optimal stock levels by monitoring inventory, replenishing shelves, and coordinating with the sales team to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and store managers to secure prime shelf space, implement promotional activities, and gather market intelligence.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure compliance with company guidelines and brand standards.
• Implement and monitor promotional campaigns, including displays, point-of-sale materials, and sampling activities, to maximize product exposure and consumer engagement.
• Gather and report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to provide insights for sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare and submit timely reports on sales performance, merchandising activities, and market observations to the sales manager.
