Job summary

A well-known proofreading company in Cyberjaya is seeking a full-time sales representative with strong communication skills in English and Malay. The role involves maintaining after-sales relationships, preparing invoices, and identifying sales opportunities. Ideal candidates have a diploma or higher and experience in sales. Microsoft Excel skills are a huge advantage. Work hours are Monday to Saturday, 8.30 am to 6.30 pm. Salary ranges from RM 1,700 to RM 2,800, negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Open for diploma/degree/master's holders.
• Knowledge in Postgraduate Research Journey and research Framework is an added advantage.
• Highly organized and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Sales experience via email and phone, maintaining after-sales relationships.
• Prepare quotation/invoice/receipt for clients.
• Identify opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Handling internal after-sales process and updating company database.
• Cold calling tasks to enhance sales.
