Job summary

A leading Direct Selling firm is seeking a highly experienced Sales & Marketing Senior Executive in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will manage strategic development, market research, lead generation, and client relations while requiring proficiency in Mandarin and at least 2 years of Sales & Marketing experience. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are imperative. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm, located at Bukit Jalil Pavilion.

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales & Marketing Senior Executive to join our team in the Direct Selling industry in Malaysia. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and possess a strong background in Sales & Marketing management. This will play a key role in optimizing our sales & Marketing processes, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Create and implement integrated sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth.
• Market Research: Analyse market trends, competitor products, and consumer need to inform strategies.
• Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential customers, generate leads, conduct presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Campaign Management: Design and run marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events).
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, addressing queries and handling complaints.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, creative, and operations teams to align efforts and boost efficiency.
• Reporting: Track sales data, analyse campaign performance, and present reports to management.

Requirements and skills

• Proven work as a Sales & Marketing with minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Track record in designing and executing successful Sales & Marketing programs (Preferably in MLM industry).
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital tactics, and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, and marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently, and manage projects.
• Familiarity with Marketing training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, Zoom etc).
• We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
