Strategic Sales & Business Development – ASEAN Region
- Provide holistic leadership for the Sales and Marketing division, aligning regional strategies with corporate objectives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand positioning across ASEAN markets.
- Design and execute a comprehensive sales roadmap to introduce Saudi residential and commercial properties to the ASEAN market. Identify and prioritize high-potential feeder markets, specifically targeting investors in China, Indonesia, and Thailand.
- Build, manage, and motivate a robust network of international real estate agencies and distribution partners.
- Actively source and cultivate relationships with potential Individuals and institutional investors looking to diversify their portfolios into the Middle East.
- Deliver data-driven product strategy insights, including deep-dive analysis of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor pricing to guide project positioning and pricing strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end planning of integrated marketing campaigns, international property roadshows, investment seminars, and private preview events in key ASEAN capital cities.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns targeting ASEAN buyers, ensuring all materials are culturally adapted and available in relevant languages (e.g., Mandarin, English, Thai) while maintaining strong ROI.
Product Management & Stakeholder Relations
- Maintain strong liaison with Saudi Arabia-based developers (both internal MGB projects and third-party partners) to ensure the sales team has access to up-to-date inventory lists, pricing strategies, and promotional packages.
- Travel frequently to Saudi Arabia to visit project sites, gather marketing content, and facilitate site visits for prospective VIP investors from ASEAN.
- Ensure all cross-border sales activities comply with Saudi regulations and the legal frameworks of the target ASEAN countries (e.g., housing developer advertisement rules).
- Prepare detailed monthly sales performance reports, pipeline analysis, and market intelligence updates for Senior Management review.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or Real Estate Management.
- Experience: 8–12 years of progressive experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Mandatory: Proven track record in International Project Marketing (selling overseas properties to local buyers).
- Distinct advantage: Experience in the Middle East property market or selling to ASEAN investors.
Skills & Languages
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of other ASEAN languages (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese) or Arabic is an added advantage.
