我们正在寻找的是一位 Senior 级增长负责人能带资源、带经验,并且有真实成果记录的人。

你的使命

你的责任很简单,但要求很高:

设计、启动并放大燕窝王在数码渠道之外的第二增长引擎。

这意味着:

  • 线下曝光转化为可量化的商业成果
  • 打造 可复制、可放大的 OMO 增长机制,而不是一次性的活动
  • 推动 真实销售、商业 pipeline 以及长期战略合作
核心职责(重点)
1️⃣ OMO 增长战略(核心职责)
  • 设计并制定 符合公司目标的 OMO 增长蓝图
  • 决定 进入哪些线下战场(展会 / 活动 / 合作场景)
  • 明确 该做什么 / 不该做什么 / 资源该投向哪里
  • 将战略转化为 具备 ROI 逻辑的执行方案

你不是来提点子的 你是来 做增长决策的

2️⃣ 战略拆解与 ROI 负责制

将年度目标拆解为:

  • OMO 增长路径
  • 关键项目
  • 预算配置
  • 里程碑与 KPI

确保每一个行动都具备:

  • 明确目标
  • 转化逻辑
  • 衡量方式

根据结果进行复盘与策略调整

不做只谈曝光的活动

结果永远优先于形式

3️⃣ 资源与合作主导能力

善用你现有的资源与人脉网络,包括:

  • 展会与活动平台
  • 品牌 / 企业合作伙伴
  • 渠道与社群资源

能独立主导谈判与合作推进

This is NOT a team management role.

This role exists to build the second growth engine for Yanwowang through OMO (Online-Merge-Offline), including Exhibition, Event, Strategic Partnership, and Offline Activation.

If your strength is execution, campaign management, or internal team supervision, this role is not for you.

We are looking for a senior-level growth leader who brings resources, experience, and proven results.

Your Mission

Your responsibility is simple but demanding:

Design, activate, and scale Yanwowang’s second growth engine beyond digital channels.

This means:

  • Turning offline exposure into measurable business results
  • Building repeatable OMO growth mechanisms, not one-off events
  • Driving real revenue, pipeline, and long-term partnerships
Core Responsibilities
1️⃣ OMO Growth Strategy (Core)
  • Design Yanwowang’s OMO growth blueprint aligned with company goals
  • Decide which offline battlegrounds to enter (exhibitions, events, partnerships)
  • Define what to do, what not to do, and where to focus resources
  • Translate strategy into clear execution plans with ROI logic

You are not proposing ideas. You are making growth decisions.

2️⃣ Strategy Decomposition & ROI Ownership

Break down annual goals into:

  • OMO growth routes
  • Key initiatives
  • Budget allocation
  • Milestones & KPIs

Ensure every activity has:

  • Target outcome
  • Conversion logic
  • Measurement method

Review performance and adjust strategy based on results

No exposure-only activities. Results come first.

3️⃣ Resource & Partnership Leadership

Leverage your existing network and resources, including:

  • Exhibition & event platforms
  • Brand / corporate partnerships
  • Channel & community access

Lead negotiations and collaboration independently

Build partnerships that are scalable, repeatable, and commercially meaningful

This role does not depend on existing internal resources. You are expected to bring and activate your own network.

Who We Are Looking For
✅ Must-Have
  • 3+ years experience in OMO, Brand Activation, Business Development, or Growth
  • Proven track record in exhibitions, offline events, or strategic partnerships
  • Ability to clearly explain:
    • Your role
    • Resources you personally brought in
    • Business results achieved (revenue / pipeline / conversion)
  • Strong strategic thinking with clear decomposition ability
  • Comfortable operating under ambiguity and ownership
This Role Is NOT Suitable If You:
  • Focus only on digital marketing
  • Need company-provided resources to start
  • Prefer execution over decision-making
  • Avoid accountability for results
