Isofu Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and growing team in Kuala Lumpur. As we expand our business across Kuala Lumpur, Southern Region, and East Malaysia, we are looking for a passionate marketing professional who can help drive our brand presence and support our growth initiatives. This full-time role will be central in shaping and executing our sales and marketing strategies to achieve our next stage of expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans to promote Isofu’s products and services
• Leading and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Analysing market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Monitoring and reporting on sales and marketing performance with data-driven recommendations
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with the company’s overall objectives

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales or marketing management role, preferably within the sales industry
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
