Job description
Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify business demand and define existing customers' evolving needs.
  • Review and analyse sales performance to support strategic initiatives, aligning with management objectives to achieve departmental and company KPIs.
  • Manage a diverse client portfolio comprising distributors, retailers, and end customers, with a primary focus on driving growth through strategic distributors and key end accounts.
  • Compile and present ideas and strategies for marketing campaigns focused on sustainable growth and desirable future positioning.
  • Prepare and submit daily visit reports and monthly sales performance analytics to the management team to guide strategic decision-making in R&D and sales planning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage sales forecasting, budgeting, stock availability, delivery planning, and account receivable updates.
  • Provide regular updates on market movements and competitor activities to maintain business competitiveness.
  • Conduct regular site visits to Negeri Sembilan and Johor Bahru approximately 3 to 4 days per month to confirm technical requirements, manage inquiries, and finalize orders with existing clients.
