Overview

Execute sales activities for property development projects, including handling walk-in customers, enquiries, site visits, and sales gallery duties. Conduct project presentations, explain unit layouts, pricing, packages, promotions, and financing options to potential buyers. Follow up on sales leads and customer enquiries to achieve sales targets set by Management. Participate in property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing events as required. Prepare, check, and manage sales documentation, including booking forms, purchaser information, SPA checklists, and payment schedules. Coordinate with solicitors, bankers, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of SPA, loan documentation, and sales transactions. Maintain accurate records of unit availability, booking status, sales progress, and customer database. Prepare and update sales reports, summaries, and tracking sheets for Management review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Customer Engagement
    • Execute sales activities for property development projects, including handling walk-in customers, enquiries, site visits, and sales gallery duties.
    • Conduct project presentations, explain unit layouts, pricing, packages, promotions, and financing options to potential buyers.
    • Follow up on sales leads and customer enquiries to achieve sales targets set by Management.
    • Participate in property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing events as required.
  • Sales Administration & Documentation
    • Prepare, check, and manage sales documentation, including booking forms, purchaser information, SPA checklists, and payment schedules.
    • Coordinate with solicitors, bankers, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of SPA, loan documentation, and sales transactions.
    • Maintain accurate records of unit availability, booking status, sales progress, and customer database.
    • Prepare and update sales reports, summaries, and tracking sheets for Management review.
  • Marketing Coordination
    • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising activities (online & offline).
    • Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, price lists, sales kits, and promotional content.
    • Support digital marketing efforts by responding to online enquiries and leads.
  • Reporting & Coordination
    • Monitor sales performance and administrative progress, ensuring timelines and documentation are properly managed.
    • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination from sales booking to completion of documentation.
    • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in property development sales, real estate, or developer environment.
  • Experience handling both sales activities and sales documentation will be a strong advantage.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask between sales and administrative duties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays during sales events.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel between sites when required.
