🌟 Business Development / Offline Sales Executive (Junior & Senior)

Jolicare (by Airda Group) is expanding our offline retail presence across pharmacies and health & beauty chains. We are hiring Junior and Senior Offline Sales Executives to support retail sales execution, merchandising, promotions, and B2B retail partnerships.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in FMCG retail sales, pharmacy channel management, and brand execution.
💼 What Junior Executives Will Do (RM2500-3000)Experience: Fresh graduates / 0–1 year experience
Retail Execution & Merchandising: Ensure product displays, shelf visibility, and stock availability meet brand standards across assigned retail partners
Promotions & A&P Support: Execute in-store promotions (POS setup, sampling, staff briefings) and track sales performance
Market Analysis: Analyse stores to document competitor activities, pricing, stock levels, and customer feedback to provide weekly insights
Reporting & Operations: Support reporting, assist in processing orders, and help with ad-hoc sales tasks
Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Support cross-functional projects and business development initiatives as needed
Experience: 1+ year experience
Retail Expansion & Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly store expansion targets.
Key Account Management & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure continuous collaboration.
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Secure favorable terms on pricing, promotional support, shelf placement, and positioning that maximize brand visibility and profitability
Lead Store Campaigns & Promotions: Run in-store campaigns with retail partners to drive sales and measure ROI
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Conduct store analysis to identify competitor strategies, pricing gaps, and opportunities that inform our sales approach
Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Support cross-functional projects and business development initiatives as needed
Interested in retail, FMCG, sales, or brand management
Good communication skills and a positive, learning mindset
Comfortable with store visits, fieldwork, and light travel
Organized, responsible, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
