Sales & Marketing Executive (Property Developer)

Alfranko Development Sdn Bhd is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving property sales, building strong client relationships, executing marketing strategies, and supporting the overall brand presence of the developer. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, conducting market research, managing campaigns, and ensuring exceptional customer experience from enquiry to handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell residential and commercial property units to prospective buyers.
  • Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and product briefings.
  • Follow up on leads from digital campaigns, phone enquiries, walk‑ins, and property agents.
  • Maintain an active database of prospects and update CRM systems.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and closing deals in line with company policies.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports.
1. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, agents, and partners.
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide accurate project information.
  • Support buyers throughout the booking, SPA signing, loan application, and handover stages.
  • Manage after‑sales matters and coordinate with customer service when needed.
2. Marketing & Branding
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for ongoing and new projects.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on advertising, digital marketing, roadshows, and events.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials (brochures, banners, social media posts, videos).
  • Gather buyer insights and market data to improve marketing strategies.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
  • Monitor property market trends, competitor launches, pricing, and promotions.
  • Provide feedback to management on product competitiveness and buyer preferences.
  • Conduct area studies and demographic profiling to target the right customer segments.
4. Project Knowledge & Compliance
  • Develop deep understanding of project features, layouts, pricing, and unique selling points.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with property development regulations and company SOPs.
  • Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Project teams for accurate information.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in property sales or related industries (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High energy, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiar with CRM tools, digital marketing basics, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays when required (off‑days will be replaced).
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in Mandarin speaking, reading & writing is highly preferred.
