Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and/or commercial property projects to potential buyers.
• Engage with walk-in customers, online inquiries, and phone leads effectively.
• Conduct project briefings, showroom tours with prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and close sales professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project features, pricing, market conditions, and competitors.
• Develop and nurture relationships with customers, agents, and property investors.
• Participate in roadshows, property expos, marketing events, and other promotional activities.
• Follow up in loan application and SPA execution in order to complete the sale transaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Handle day-to-day matters and documentation.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned by the superior or Company.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Those with 1-2 years experience (preferably in real estate or property) would be an added advantage.
