SALES MARKETING ASSISTANT MANAGER / SENIOR SALES MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Assist in implementing sales strategies for residential, commercial, or industrial development projects.

Support sales target setting, tracking, and performance analysis for projects.

Coordinate sales documentation including SPA, booking forms, price list, and sales reports.

Liaise with purchasers, agents, lawyers, bankers and internal departments to ensure smooth sales processes.

Monitor sales progress, bookings, cancellations, and collections.

Promote construction services and development projects to clients, investors, and partners.

Identify new business opportunities, tenders and strategic partnerships.
