Strategy & Planning
  • Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximize sales and achieve target & business KPIs.
Sales Management
  • Jointly establish & ensure sales target are met by sales personnel
  • Solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objective and sales target are met
  • Motivate, guide and coach sales personnel
  • Jointly develop and plan for marketing and sales campaign
  • Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales
  • Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts
  • Cross selling of other retail banking products eg. ASB, PF, credit cards, and etc.
Compliance
  • Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank
  • Oversight on code of ethics of ASM/SC - PF-i of sales process and activities
Staff Management
  • Jointly plan for recruitment and retention of sales personnel
  • Motivate, coaching and mentoring sales personnel for peak performance
