As a full-time Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and leading our store operations. Fluency in Mandarin is a key requirement for this role.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Managing and motivating a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
• Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Overseeing store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and budget control
• Fostering strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Providing coaching and training to sales staff to enhance their skills and performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
