  • Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers.
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining equipment to customers.
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
  • Persuading clients with solutions that will satisfy their needs.
  • Calculating and analysing client quotations.
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms.
  • Weekly activities reporting to Sales Manager.
  • Co-ordinating project hand-overs with internal teams.
  • Arranging con-calls with customers for RFQ discussions.
  • Be aware of risks and opportunities related to the job.
  • Understand needs and expectations of interested parties.
  • Complying with ISO requirements and safety practices.
Job description
Responsibilities
  • Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining equipment conceptual or services to customers and prospective customers
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Persuading clients solutions that will best satisfy their needs
  • Calculating and analysing client quotations
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms
  • Weekly activities reporting to Sales Manager
  • Project Hand-over kick-off co-ordinating with internal PM & Engineering team
  • Arranging con-call with customers for RFQ discussion OR BBS counterpart
  • Be aware of the risks and opportunities related to the job assigned.
  • Be aware of the needs and expectations of the interested party, the consequences of failure and their impact.
  • Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
  • To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company
