Industry Experience
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in IT hardware & software solutions
- Familiar with smart transportation, security surveillance, or smart hardware industries
- LPR, camera, or AIoT product experience is a strong advantage
Regional Resources
- Priority for candidates with existing networks of security integrators or government smart city projects in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, or Thailand
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly launch new business and build partnerships
Language Skills
- Fluent English (working language)
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, or Thai is a plus
Localization & Market Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asia business culture, policies, and government tender processes
- Must be based in Southeast Asia

Responsibility
Drive Sales & Business Growth
- Lead end-to-end sales of LPR camera solutions across Southeast Asia (ID, SG, MY, TH), including client engagement, project follow-up, and solution delivery.
- Develop and manage a multi-tier sales network with local agents, distributors, system integrators (SIs), and strategic partners.
- Act as the primary liaison with government transportation departments and security project integrators to identify opportunities and ensure successful project implementation.
Strategy & Market Management
- Develop regional market strategies, monitor competitors, and ensure achievement of sales targets and market share goals.
- Represent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, and government tender projects to promote products and strengthen brand presence.
Drive sales of LPR camera solutions across Southeast Asia, build partner networks, and manage government and commercial projects to achieve revenue and market share goals.
