The Impact You'll Make

Danfoss is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for our Drives business within the Heavy Industry verticals in Malaysia with the focus on chemical, cement, metal, pulp & paper and mining. There may be additional responsibilities for electrification accounts through Danfoss decarbonization journey.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. You'll play a key role in enabling Heavy Industry across complex applications, delivering solutions that meet customer needs while maximizing business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Fully responsible for Malaysia Heavy Industry sales targets and growth plans and strategy
  • Owner of customer/partner accounts, develop good customer service and relationship management
  • Leverage Danfoss’ global and regional expertise to specify-in products and deliver high-value, competitive solutions
  • Analyze market intelligence and sales data to identify opportunities, inform strategy, and strengthen pipeline.
  • Setting up yearly sales budgets and strategies to meet the budgets
  • Forecasting, keeping and updating rolling forecasts for every quarter
  • Clearly communicate value propositions for Danfoss products and solutions tailored to customer needs.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic/mechatronics engineering
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Performance driven - not afraid to suggest/take initiatives with teamwork
  • Customer driven, and oriented with priority on company success and profits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
