Job description

Sales Manager is responsible to oversees sales and operations for multiple locations or a designated territory, leading sales teams to meet revenue targets, cultivating relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, managing budgets, monitoring sales performance, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with marketing to drive brand visibility and product growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, analyze market data, and provide regular reports to senior management, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and operations adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other internal departments to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage budgets for the assigned territory, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Brand Visibility: Implement strategies to increase brand visibility and ensure effective merchandising in the marketplace.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in pharmacy, Business administration, or related education.
  • 3-5 years of experience required, depending on past sales experience and industry
Other requirements:
  • Initiative and enthusiasm
  • Value on integrity and no compliance issue.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
