  • Develop relationship management plans to engage decision‑makers and facilitate issue resolution.
  • Communicate with clients and business partners to negotiate deals, considering everyone’s end goals and participating in due diligence processes.
  • Set clear objectives for sales calls, customize presentations for decision‑makers, and gather information to understand customer requirements.
  • Demonstrate key product / solutions features that address the customer's challenges.
  • Work together with proposal team to draft proposals in response to bid requests, meeting deadlines and documentation requirements to improve chances of winning contracts.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to create tailored solutions for customers.
What you need to succeed
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of growing sales revenue.
  • Strong relationship‑building and management skills, with excellent communication abilities when engaging with customers.
  • High sales goal‑oriented mindset, consistently driven to achieve targets.
