A technology solutions company in Penang, Malaysia is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the region. The role requires a strong background in B2B software sales, particularly in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). You will develop strategic sales plans, manage customer relationships, conduct product demos, and collaborate with various teams. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of enterprise software sales experience and excellent negotiation skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, and additional languages such as Mandarin are a plus.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B software sales, particularly in MES, and a proven track record in solution-based selling to mid- to large-scale industrial clients.
