About the Role
We are seeking a driven and technically savvy Regional Sales Manager to lead Ferroxcube’s growth across Southern Asia and ANZ. You will manage a diverse portfolio of customers in power electronics, industrial, telecommunications, automotive, and emerging technologies. This role requires both account management and new business development skills, with strong collaboration across regional teams and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Account Growth & Business Development
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts, while actively developing new opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Identify emerging trends, competitive shifts, and report market intelligence to management.
Sales Planning & Execution
- Monitor sales performance, prepare accurate forecasts, and deliver on sales targets.
- Drive regional sales growth in line with strategic business objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Field Application Engineers (FAE) and Product Managers (PM) to identify, qualify, and secure new design-in opportunities.
- Coordinate across regions for multinational and global customer accounts.
- Liaise with internal departments (logistics, customer service, operations) to ensure seamless customer engagement.
Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, ODMs, CEMs, and distributors.
- Support customers in resolving technical and commercial issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Represent Ferroxcube at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Physics, or related field. (MBA is an advantage)
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales or business development experience in electronic components, preferably in ferrites, magnetics, inductors, or EMI/EMC solutions.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and securing design-in wins.
- Strong understanding of power electronics, EMI suppression, and magnetic materials.
- Experience working with distributors and regional sales networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within Southern Asia and ANZ.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
