Job description

We are seeking skilled and driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic team at CHIN HOO SDN. BHD. based at Teluk Intan, Perak & Kuantan, Pahang. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. This is a full-time position with excellent opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities:

Responsible and accountable for achieving performance targets, including sales revenue, collection, and profit, for assigned accounts within the designated coverage area.

Plan, manage, and review personal sales performance, work to expand market coverage, and ensure timely collection of payments.

Maintain and develop strong rapport with customers and suppliers to foster long‑term business relationships.

Follow up on sales orders, delivery, collection, and inquiries, ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external parties within the required timeline.

Respond promptly to inquiries or issues raised by the sales support team related to order processing, delivery, or follow‑up matters.

Comply with company rules, regulations, SOPs, and policies at all times.

Ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission of all necessary documents and reports.

Attend sales meetings and ad‑hoc meetings as required by Management.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct Manager or authorized personnel from time to time.

Requirements:

2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the trading of building materials or hardware.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Result‑oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.

Self‑motivated, proactive and hardworking.

Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.
