Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Sales Executive in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will support sales targets and maintain customer relationships while assisting in the sales process. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and Mandarin-speaking skills are required. Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus. Qualifications

  • Support and achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers, providing reliable after-sales support.
  • Assist in handling the sales process, from customer inquiries to order coordination.
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on payments and collections.
  • Prepare and update sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Work closely with internal teams for order processing and credit checks.
  • Learn market trends and assist in improving sales strategies.

Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers, providing reliable after‑sales support
  • Assist in handling the sales process, from customer inquiries to order coordination
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on payments and collections
  • Prepare and update sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Work closely with internal teams for order processing and credit checks
  • Learn market trends and assist in improving sales strategies
