We are looking for a talented Sales Executive; Senior Sales Executive for an established company that specializes in M&E services. Reporting to: Sales Manager. Location: Semenyih. Excellent employee compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, objectives, and action plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns proactively.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance customer value and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and leads.
  • Explore and develop new markets by identifying potential clients and partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
  • Availability for regular business travel.
  • Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in similar industries.
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills.
