Job summary

A leading food company in Selangor is seeking a Sales Executive to enhance client relationships and drive sales growth. The role involves implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, identifying market opportunities, and performing administrative tasks related to sales processes. Ideal candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, be well-organized, and possess strong communication skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as comprehensive training will be provided.

Sales Executive/Sales Representative (Outdoor Sales)
  • To maintain good relationship with existing client and expand new network
  • Responsible to implement sales strategies in order to achieve sales target set by the management
  • To retain and expand sales to existing customer and develop new business
  • To identify potential markets that could boost sales and revenues
  • Responsible for day-to-day sales administrative documentation & activities including order receiving, order inquiry, invoices submission and etc.
  • Coordination on sales forecast pick up, compilation and distribution
  • To attend to customers for all sales related matter such as quotation, sales processing, invoice, payment collections and etc
  • To attend to customers and ascertains each customer’s needs
  • Proper recording & monthly reporting and other related ad hoc report
  • Responsible for any assigned sales administrative job
  • To practice and maintain professional etiquette when dealing with clients
  • To analyses progress and review sales performance and growth projection with regular update to immediate manager on sales trends, market development and competition
  • To work with team to identify market gap and manage product assortment, inventory, and product range expansion on regular intervals
  • To work with internal team to ensure smooth execution of various campaigns, promotions, online marketing. Measure and analyses its effectiveness
  • To assist in any other task as and when required by immediate superior
Work Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word
  • Requires a minimum 2 – 3 years working experiences, sales/ account management experiences in FMCG industry, or in food & beverage categories would be preferable.
  • Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply as full and comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Excellent selling & communication skill
  • Aggressive, good interpersonal, well organized with good communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and willing to learn
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritizes and manages time effectively
  • Possess driving license and own transport
