Job description

Basic RM5500 – RM7000 + Allowance + Commission + Variable Bonus

Working location: Puchong, Selangor

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours : 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities
  • Represent the company to customers and channel partners in Malaysia, mainly East Malaysia.
  • Handle full sales cycle: find leads, show products, close deals, and manage invoicing.
  • Build strong sales pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
  • Use pull strategy: approach target end users directly to promote Cloud solutions.
  • Use push strategy: work with channel partners to reach their customers and drive sales.
  • Understand product strengths and create simple use cases to solve customer problems.
  • Prepare presentations and share them with partners and internal teams.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to meet territory goals.
  • Maintain sales forecasts and support partners in setting their targets.
  • Arrange product demos and POCs for customers and partners.
  • Report sales performance and market updates to the Sales Director.
  • Update sales leads, deals, and progress in the system accurately.
  • Track competitor activities and share insights.
  • Follow company ethics in all sales and marketing activities.
  • Help resolve customer technical issues and ensure payments are collected on time.
Job Requirements
  • Possess academic qualification in IT / Business administration / Engineering or related field with minimum 2 years of Sales experience in the ICT markets.
