Position Overview

As a Sales Executive/Sales Coordination Support, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the sales team in their efforts, managing customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to enhance overall sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Top Management with administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales-related documents.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members as necessary.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, customer records, and sales reports.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, including scheduling, and agenda preparation.
  • Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotation, presentations, and contracts for corporate clients.
Client Relationship Management
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about products or services.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Generate Sales Performance reports, forecasts, and metrics and management review.
