Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell tour packages and travel-related services to clients and agents.
- Manage and respond to inquiries from travel agents in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare accurate quotations, detailed itineraries, and customised proposals.
- Maintain and expand existing client accounts to strengthen business relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth booking and service arrangements.
- Attend sales-related meetings, events, exhibitions, and roadshows as required.
- Provide excellent after-sales support, including follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to support strategic sales planning.
Requirements
- Prior experience in travel or tourism sales is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and target-driven.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email).
- Willing to travel for work as and when required.
- Able to read and write in English and Malay (Mandarin speakers are an added advantage).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well.
