Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell tour packages and travel-related services to clients and agents.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries from travel agents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, detailed itineraries, and customised proposals.
  • Maintain and expand existing client accounts to strengthen business relationships.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth booking and service arrangements.
  • Attend sales-related meetings, events, exhibitions, and roadshows as required.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support, including follow-ups and issue resolution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to support strategic sales planning.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in travel or tourism sales is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email).
  • Willing to travel for work as and when required.
  • Able to read and write in English and Malay (Mandarin speakers are an added advantage).
