Job summary

A property development company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Executive responsible for pursuing leads, managing customer inquiries, and supporting sales activities. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, with at least 2 years of experience. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu are essential, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. This role may require travel and working beyond regular hours.

Qualifications

  • Willing to travel outstation/overseas and work after office hours.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Pursue sales leads and manage inquiries from customers.
  • Support sales and marketing activities, including events.

  • Coordinate completion of sales transactions and liaise with financiers.
  • Ensure smooth handover of properties and documentation.

Job description

Pursue sales leads for sales opportunity, attend to phone inquiries and walk-in customers, and act proactively to source for new prospects to achieve the sales target.

To support all sales and marketing activities and events whenever required by the company, including weekend duties in sales gallery, whether locally or overseas and attend to site appointments with prospects, purchasers or agents for assigned projects.

To prepare, organize, and carry out upcoming new project sales launch preparation, documents and marketing activities and materials.

To assist and support on the follow-up and coordinate on the completion of all sales transactions, sales conversions and loan drawdown of the sold properties and liaison with end financiers, solicitors and purchasers on the sales and loan documentation and credit control management.

To assist in handing over the VP of units process to ensure all documentations follow guidelines and procedures with the control of payment collections, stakeholder sum, site inspection and key collection are properly documented and smooth running.

Assist to source for database and sales opportunities to achieve corporate objectives.

Undertake other ad-hoc duties, assignments and other activities assigned by the management.

Job Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Bahasa Melayu. Knowledge of Mandarin would be an added advantage to serve Mandarin speaking customers.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel outstation/overseas and work after office hours, weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, committed and result-oriented.
