Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients in hospitality, food service and commercial kitchen sectors.
- Promote, present and sell our kitchen equipment solutions, including commercial appliances, cooking tools and related products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide the right solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, working within the RM 3,000 – RM 10,000 monthly salary structure, including commissions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our kitchen equipment.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth closure of sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to better position our products in the market.
- Provide post‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and build long‑term business relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within kitchen equipment, appliances or related industries.
- Must be able to speak English, Malay and Mandarin (as a plus) to liaise with various customers.
- Ability to understand technical specifications of kitchen equipment and communicate them effectively to customers.
- Self‑motivated, target driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and offer technical solutions based on client needs.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits and door‑to‑door visits.
