Job summary

A dynamic venture firm based in Penang is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to lead business expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in pitching new business, managing existing accounts, and executing effective marketing strategies to achieve sales targets. Candidates should possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, and the ability to work independently is a must.

Job description

Play an integral role in new business pitches, enhancing current accounts and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients towards achieving sales targets and individual KPI.

Work together teams on company business strategies and achievement of sales through formulation and driving of effective Sales and Marketing Plan and Strategies (short, mid & long-term) to grow local and overseas business.

Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business with identify and target potential clients for expand or customer base.

Act as the lead point of contact between the customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Prepare Business Plans, sales presentation, management sales related reports and documents for purpose of sales activities (include quotation, proposal & etc.).

Ability to conduct market research and develop innovative marketing strategies that yield positive results.

Conduct proactive outreach and engage in sales activities to generate leads.

Analyze market trends, gather customer insights and develop innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth and yield positive results.

Sales collection and adhere to credit control policies.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management / Marketing / Business Development or a related discipline and with a minimum of 3 years working experience.

Candidate with relevant sales and marketing experience is an added advantage.However, fresh graduates or candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong potential, a proactive attitude, and relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.

Ability to think out-of-the box and express creativity.

Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision and willingness to engage hands‑on execution.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate in multiple dialects of language would be advantage.

Strong analytical skills with good business acumen.

Process own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel extensively.
