A leading company in technical sales is seeking an individual to manage customer relationships, prepare technical-commercial proposals, and provide technical support for spray painting processes. The role entails acting as the primary contact for key accounts and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, negotiation skills, and knowledge of Malaysian regulations. This position is based in Gelang Patah, Malaysia.
Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals, quotations, documentations and contracts aligned with customer requirements and company objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring strong, long-term customer relationships.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational challenges, production needs, and service expectations.
Manage customer complaints and service escalations professionally, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate pricing, service terms, and commercial agreements in line with company policies.
Provide technical consultation on spray painting processes, including paint application systems, surface preparation, coating performance, and process optimization.
Work closely with Technical, Production, and Quality teams to deliver effective technical solutions and after-sales support.
Review sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to service quality, response time, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate manpower planning, task allocation, and service coverage to meet customer demands.
Ensure all sales and service activities comply with Malaysian regulations, including DOSH, DOE, and relevant environmental and safety requirements.
Promote adherence to ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001, WCA) and internal quality procedures.
Ensure safe work practices during on-site service and technical support activities.
