Your Role & Responsibilities
- Own and manage your assigned territory (state/region‑based).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with:
- Property Developers
- Property Management Companies
- JMB / MC / RA committees
- Present and demonstrate 7Link’s PropTech platform to key decision‑makers.
- Follow up on company‑provided marketing leads and self‑generated prospects.
- Convert prospects into confirmed projects and long‑term clients.
- Coordinate onboarding and conduct basic product walkthroughs.
- Build strong post‑sales relationships and support renewals / upsell opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Achieve monthly sales and project acquisition KPIs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly sales reports.
Territory Ownership
- Each Sales Executive is assigned a clear, exclusive territory.
