A fast-growing healthcare brand in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Sales Executive. You will follow up with existing patients, contact new leads, and explain chiropractic services. Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, or services industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with existing patients on care plans, packages, and reappointments
• Contact and convert new leads from enquiries, campaigns, and walk-ins
• Clearly explain chiropractic services, treatment plans, and promotions
• Build long-term relationships to improve patient retention
• Maintain and update customer records using CRM / clinic systems
• Work closely with chiropractors and front desk staff
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, or services industry is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and face-to-face discussions
• Target-driven, organised, and professional

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM3,800 – RM5,000 (based on experience)

Commission & Incentives: Performance-based (uncapped)
