What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Food Service (HORECA) customers, including restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and hotels. Build trusted relationships with chefs, F&B managers, owners, and procurement teams.

  • Identify and develop new food service accounts to increase sales volume and market penetration.

  • Work closely with distributors and their sales teams to execute promotions and drive revenue growth.

  • Plan and execute promotional activities, product trials, and menu adoption initiatives.

  • Follow up on trade execution to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

  • Support the Assistant Sales Manager in achieving overall business objectives.

Who We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Food Service / HORECA sales (ingredients, dairy, FMCG, or food solutions).

  • Strong relationship-building skills — comfortable engaging with chefs and F&B decision-makers.

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to spot menu and usage opportunities.

  • Culinary, baking, or kitchen operations knowledge is a strong advantage (but not mandatory).
