A global dairy company is seeking a Sales Executive to manage a portfolio of Food Service customers in Malaysia. You will build relationships with restaurants and hotels, develop new accounts, and collaborate with distributors to drive revenue growth. Candidates should have a diploma in a relevant field, 2–4 years of sales experience in food service, and strong relationship-building skills. Manage and grow a portfolio of Food Service (HORECA) customers, including restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and hotels. Build trusted relationships with chefs, F&B managers, owners, and procurement teams.
Identify and develop new food service accounts to increase sales volume and market penetration.
Work closely with distributors and their sales teams to execute promotions and drive revenue growth.
Plan and execute promotional activities, product trials, and menu adoption initiatives.
Follow up on trade execution to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Support the Assistant Sales Manager in achieving overall business objectives.
Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related fields.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Food Service / HORECA sales (ingredients, dairy, FMCG, or food solutions).
Strong relationship-building skills — comfortable engaging with chefs and F&B decision-makers.
Commercial mindset with the ability to spot menu and usage opportunities.
Culinary, baking, or kitchen operations knowledge is a strong advantage (but not mandatory).
