We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Sales Executive to handle online enquiries for our furniture packages. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, guiding them from enquiry to purchase, and providing after-sales support.

Location: Union Tower, Taman Desa (near Mid Valley)

Responsibility

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond promptly to online messages and enquiries.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable packages.
  • Convert leads into sales by providing accurate product details and follow-ups.
  • Record and process customer orders in our system.
  • Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful tone in all communications.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
